Serbia akan menjadi salah satu tim yang berpartisipasi dalam ajang Euro 2024 mendatang. Dan tentunya, tim besutan Dragan Stojkovic tersebut akan bertumpu penuh kepada Dusan Vlahovic selaku ujung tombaknya.
Sejak pertama kali bersinar bersama Fiorentina, Vlahovic secara konsisten membuktikan diri sebagai salah satu striker berbahaya di jagat sepak bola. Ia sudah membukukan total 93 gol dari 235 penampilan selama meniti karir profesional.
Musim ini, ketajaman Vlahovic bersama Juventus meningkat. Ia membukukan total 18 gol dalam 37 penampilan di semua ajang, atau lebih banyak empat dari yang dibukukannya dalam 42 laga musim lalu.
Harapan besar berada di pundaknya. Mungkin sulit untuk mengharapkan Serbia keluar sebagai juara. Namun setidaknya, publik Serbia berharap sang negara bisa meninggalkan kesan positif pada partisipasi pertamanya di ajang Euro.
